Una cassaforte è una croce tra una casa di legno e una tenda, più o meno le dimensioni di un letto matrimoniale, in cui è possibile rimanere durante la notte, guardando le stelle attraverso il tetto apribile.
L’acquisto di un pernottamento ti consente di trascorrere la notte nelle starsbox, che può ospitare un massimo di 2 adulti allo stesso tempo o 2 adulti e 1 o 2 bambini piccoli. Caricheremo 20 euro a notte per i tuoi figli oltre i 5 anni; I bambini più piccoli sono gratuiti. Gli amici animali sono ammessi all’interno delle starBox ma possono anche rimanere sotto.
La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo e può essere consumata nel vicino Cottage Capralanga.
Le starsbox sono dotate di un materasso con lenzuola e coperte, una torcia elettrica e una banca di alimentazione per dispositivi di ricarica (non c’è elettricità in casa, né wifi).
Le stelle è disponibile per gli ospiti dalle 15:00 del giorno di arrivo (check-in) alle 11 del giorno della partenza (check-out).
Cancellazione, deposito restituito e condizioni di non arrivo
Gli ospiti che hanno bisogno di cancellare una prenotazione devono contattarci il prima possibile. I depositi già pagati vengono restituiti solo in conformità con le seguenti condizioni;
Cancellazione effettuata 15 giorni o più in anticipo alla data di arrivo = rimborso del deposito completo
Cancellazione effettuata 14 giorni o meno della data di arrivo = 50% del rimborso del deposito
Cancellazione effettuata 48 ore o meno di data di arrivo = nessun rimborso emesso, intera quantità di prenotazione dovuta
Gli ospiti non arrivati, che non sono in qualsiasi grado di partecipare o non partecipare a motivo per cui è deposito il deposito e l’intero importo della prenotazione sarà dovuto. Si suggerisce che prenotare gli ospiti estraggono l’assicurazione vacanza / appropriazione dove richiesto.
Nel caso raro dobbiamo annullare la prenotazione con noi, si prega di essere consapevoli del fatto che non possiamo essere ritenuti responsabili per le circostanze al di fuori del nostro controllo e che la nostra responsabilità per te sia limitata al rimborso di qualsiasi pagamento già effettuato.
Termini di prenotazione e caparra
Effettuando una prenotazione con noi (il proprietario della struttura/il suo rappresentante) tu (l’ospite principale) e il tuo gruppo di prenotazione (ospiti) accettate i seguenti termini e condizioni come stabilito. Durante il tuo soggiorno accetti di rispettare le condizioni successive come stabilite. Se hai domande sulla prenotazione con noi, ti preghiamo di contattarci prima di effettuare una prenotazione.
Processo di prenotazione
Per effettuare una prenotazione con noi l’ospite principale deve avere almeno 18 anni di età. Il numero massimo di ospiti che soggiornano per camera è illustrato nei dettagli sull’occupazione delle camere sul sito web. Se la persona che effettua la prenotazione è diversa dall’ospite principale che assume l’occupazione, la persona che effettua la prenotazione può essere ritenuta responsabile per la cancellazione, il mancato arrivo e il risarcimento dei danni come stabilito all’interno. Solo l’ospite principale e la parte designata della prenotazione possono utilizzare la proprietà e le sue strutture, a eventuali visitatori di terze parti è consentito l’accesso solo su nostra espressa autorizzazione.
Per garantire qualsiasi prenotazione richiediamo un deposito da versare in anticipo, questo importo del deposito è del 50% del prezzo della prenotazione.
I pagamenti dell’acconto devono essere “fondi liberi” prima che una prenotazione possa essere confermata. I depositi sono rimborsabili solo alle condizioni stabilite qui all’interno.
I pagamenti possono essere effettuati sia tramite carta di debito/credito che tramite bonifico bancario digitale, assegno o deposito in contanti. Eventuali addebiti sollevati contro di noi dalle nostre banche per la gestione di assegni, bonifici bancari o altri pagamenti disonesti devono essere rimborsati dall’ospite principale entro sette (7) giorni da qualsiasi richiesta in tal senso.
Tutti gli ospiti si impegnano a rispettare la privacy e la pace di tutti gli altri ospiti, vicini e proprietari in ogni momento. Ci riserviamo il diritto di cancellare una prenotazione con effetto immediato se gli ospiti non rispettano questo accordo o causano disturbo/fastidio ad altri ospiti, vicini o proprietari.

Gli ospiti devono effettuare il check-in e il check-out entro gli orari di seguito indicati;
Check-in entro: 14:00 e entro le 19:00 del giorno di arrivo
Check-out entro: 11:00 del giorno di partenza
Cancellazione, restituzione del deposito e condizioni di mancato arrivo
Gli ospiti che devono cancellare una prenotazione devono contattarci il prima possibile. I depositi già versati vengono restituiti solo alle seguenti condizioni;
Cancellazione effettuata 15 giorni o più prima della data di arrivo = Rimborso dell’intero deposito
Cancellazione effettuata entro 14 giorni dalla data di arrivo = 50% del rimborso della caparra
Cancellazione effettuata 48 ore o meno dalla data di arrivo = Nessun rimborso emesso, l’intero importo della prenotazione dovuto
Gli ospiti non in arrivo, impossibilitati o non presenti per qualsiasi motivo, decadono la caparra versata e l’intero importo della prenotazione sarà dovuto. Si suggerisce agli ospiti che effettuano la prenotazione di stipulare un’adeguata assicurazione vacanza/annullamento ove richiesta.
Nel raro caso in cui dovessimo cancellare la tua prenotazione con noi, tieni presente che non possiamo essere ritenuti responsabili per circostanze al di fuori del nostro controllo e che la nostra responsabilità nei tuoi confronti è limitata al rimborso di qualsiasi pagamento già effettuato.

Laddove sia fornito l’accesso a Internet WiFi, gli ospiti accettano di utilizzare questo accesso a Internet in modo equo e appropriato. Possiamo monitorare le prestazioni della rete e l’utilizzo da parte degli utenti al fine di mantenere un livello di servizio equo ed elevato per tutti i nostri ospiti.
L’accesso a Internet fornito è destinato a un uso generale come l’accesso al World Wide Web, e-mail, messaggistica, social media, video / musica / streaming multimediale. Non è destinato o ideale per streaming multimediale pesante, giochi online, download / caricamenti estesi. L’accesso ad attività illegali o l’uso della nostra rete per attività illegali è vietato e verrà segnalato alle autorità locali.
Danni e oggetti smarriti
Ci riserviamo il diritto di addebitare all’ospite principale eventuali danni causati nel corso di una prenotazione da qualsiasi membro del gruppo di prenotazione. Ciò include rotture, fuoriuscite, macchie, danni a mobili o infissi e accessori. Eventuali danni accidentali devono essere segnalati il prima possibile al fine di ridurre al minimo i danni e i costi associati. Lo smarrimento di chiavi/telecomandi/carte di accesso comporta un addebito di sostituzione per chiave/telecomando/carta smarrita.
Eventuali oggetti smarriti, se scoperti e ritrovati, lasciati dagli ospiti durante il soggiorno verranno trattenuti per un periodo di 1 mese. Mentre faremo del nostro meglio per riunire gli oggetti smarriti con i loro proprietari, non ci assumiamo alcuna responsabilità nella sostituzione degli oggetti smarriti e incoraggiamo gli ospiti a assicurarsi di avere tutti i loro averi prima del check-out. Possiamo offrire di spedire gli oggetti smarriti tramite raccomandata a spese del proprietario, altrimenti è possibile organizzare il ritiro.
Fumare
Il fumo di prodotti del tabacco inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo, sigarette, pipe, sigarette elettroniche, liquidi elettronici, sigari, tabacco da fiuto o tabacco da masticare, è consentito solo in aree designate come segnale affisso in tutta la struttura dell’alloggio ed è conforme alla Salute Legge 2006.

Other details
A StarsBOX is a cross between a wooden house and a tent, more or less the size of a double bed, in which it is possible to stay overnight, looking at the stars through the sunroof.
The purchase of an overnight stay entitles you to spend the night in the StarsBOX, which can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults at the same time or 2 adults and 1 or 2 small children. We will charge 20 Euro per night for your children over 5 years old; younger children are free of charge. Animal friends are allowed inside the StarsBOX but can also stay underneath.
Breakfast is included in the price and can be consumed in the nearby Capralanga cottage.
The StarsBOX is equipped with a mattress with sheets and blankets, a flashlight and a power bank for charging devices (there is no electricity in the house, nor WIFI).
The StarsBOX is available for guests from 3 pm on the day of arrival (check in) to 11 am on the day of departure (check out).
Guest who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions;
Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their deposit paid and the full amount of the booking will be due. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday / cancellation insurance where required.
In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
By placing a booking with us (the property owner / his/her representative) you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as set-out. During your stay you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions as set-out. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a booking.
To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set-out within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission.
To secure any booking we require a deposit to be paid in advance, this deposit amount is 50% of your reservation price.
Deposit payments must be ‘cleared funds’ before a booking can be confirmed. Deposits are only refundable under the conditions set-out here within.
Payments can be made using debit / credit card as well as by digital bank transfer, cheque or cash deposit. Any charges raised against us by our banks for handling dishonoured cheque’s, bank transfers or any other payments, must be reimbursed by the lead guest within seven (7) days of any request to do so.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbours and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honouring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbours or the owners.

Where WiFi Internet access is provided, guests accept to use this access to the Internet fairly and appropriately. We may monitor network performance and user usage in order to maintain a fair and high level of service to all our guests.
The Internet access provided is intended for general use such as access to the world wide web, email, messaging, social media, light video / music / media streaming. It is not intended or ideally suited for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads / uploads. Access to illegal activity or use of our network for illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. Lost keys / fobs / access cards will incur a replacement charge per key / fob / card lost.
Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking-out. We may offer to post lost items via recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner, otherwise collection can be arranged.
Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is only allowed in designated areas as sign posted throughout the accommodation grounds and is in accordance with the Health Act 2006.
We are a dog friendly accommodation and accept dogs to a maximum of 2 dogs.
Where on-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk.
We are required to keep a register of guests over the age of 18 who stay with us, this includes full names and nationality, and/or passport numbers and place of issue. These records are kept for a minimum of 12 months and in accordance with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

You accept that any entries you make to an on-site guest book, if available, will not contain personal information or details you would not want disclosed. Any entries containing personal details that may fall into the DPA and GDPR may be removed and destroyed.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.
